What you will do
- Set the team's technical strategy across a year and tie it to high impact business projects
- Partner with product, design and analytics through the development lifecycle to manage risks and trade-offs
- Act as a force multiplier by defining and advocating technical solutions and operational processes
- Own team operations and availability with monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing and alerting
- Set code review and design standards and promote them beyond the team through writing and tech talks
- Develop talent through feedback, guidance and leading by example
