Strategy & Operations Associate

About the role

A generalist analyst role supporting commercial strategy, pricing and deployments for a humanoid robotics business. The associate tackles urgent analytical questions and turns them into recommendations for leadership.

What you will do

• Build models and fact bases for pricing, deal economics, business cases and market sizing
• Turn ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses and deliver clear recommendations
• Maintain data templates and KPI tracking so insights can be reused
• Own discrete workstreams such as competitor profiles and pricing inputs
• Prepare leadership and board materials and flag risks early

What they look for

• Two to four years in management consulting, strategy and operations, finance or a similar analytical role
• Strong quantitative skills with advanced spreadsheet work
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build models from scratch
• Experience producing executive-ready materials and recommendations
• Comfort influencing others without formal authority and switching context quickly

Nice to have

• SQL or business intelligence tools
• Interest in healthcare, manufacturing or logistics
• AI or robotics background
