Supply Operations Associate, Programmatic

About the role

You will support the supply partnerships team in managing relationships with SSPs, mobile web publishers and digital out of home media owners. The focus is on performance monitoring, platform testing and troubleshooting.

What you will do

• Track daily performance across SSPs and private marketplace deals, flagging weak results and leading initial root-cause analysis
• Support private marketplace audits by finding stale or underperforming deals and gathering data for renegotiation
• Coordinate custom deal setup with media owners, turning campaign needs into deal specifications
• Prepare partner business reviews by pulling statistics, building decks and tracking follow-ups
• Maintain internal dashboards, check inventory quality, manage platform access and document structured platform tests

What they look for

• One to three years in ad tech or programmatic on the SSP, DSP, publisher or agency side
• Working knowledge of private marketplaces, deal IDs and supply path concepts
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with close attention to data accuracy
• Clear, professional communication with external partners
• Highly organised, able to handle several partners and follow-ups at once

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Quicksight
• Experience with digital out of home or mobile web supply
