Own full-cycle recruitment across EMEA for technical and business roles. Partner with hiring managers and people operations to keep hiring consistent, fast and high quality.
What you will do
- Run end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, sales, operations and marketing roles across EMEA
- Source passive candidates using creative strategies, AI search tools and direct outreach
- Support the design and delivery of pre-boarding and onboarding
- Advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks, market trends and talent pipelines
- Use data to track conversion metrics and reduce time-to-hire
- Promote inclusive hiring frameworks and fair evaluation at every stage
What they look for
- At least three years as a talent acquisition specialist covering technical and business roles in EMEA
- Strong organisation and time management with urgency across multiple requisitions
- Proficiency with AI recruitment tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to coach hiring managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication for remote teams
