Act as the second hire in a head office IT team, handling day-to-day technical support and the employee tech lifecycle across a growing software estate.

What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for daily IT support on Mac, Windows and mobile devices
- Resolve problems quickly and explain solutions to non-technical colleagues in plain terms
- Own the employee tech lifecycle from onboarding through role changes to departures
- Handle break and fix work and keep hardware, software and access running smoothly
- Help manage security and infrastructure and put scalable processes in place
