Technical Customer Support Associate

About the role

A full time remote support role handling customer questions about product setup, troubleshooting and integration. The work happens in long overnight shifts across weekends and public holidays.

What you will do

• Answer customer questions promptly by phone, chat and email
• Diagnose technical and account problems and walk users through fixes
• Escalate requests that cannot be resolved on the first contact
• Learn product features, functions and recommended ways of working
• Keep interactions professional and empathetic to ensure a good experience
• Join regular training and stay informed about new features and trends

• Based in Poland with the right to live and work there
• Willingness to work 12 hour overnight shifts on weekends and public holidays
• Full time availability
• Ability to resolve issues on first contact
