Technical Lead Learning Experience Designer

About the role

Lead the design and development of technical learning programs for enterprise and professional audiences, with a focus on applied AI and emerging workplace technologies. The role is a flexible contractor engagement lasting two or three months.

What you will do

• Design, build and adapt learning programs for enterprise, technical and professional learners
• Create applied activities, labs, simulations, facilitator guides and assessments that reflect real workplace use
• Manage projects and work with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers and client teams
• Ensure programs meet learner needs, client goals, market expectations and instructional standards
• Translate fluency with modern AI tools into practical, outcome-driven learning content

What they look for

• Proven record developing technical education and capability-building programs
• Background across areas such as software engineering, data science, DevOps or MLOps
• Strong learning experience design knowledge and program development skills
• Solid project management ability and hands-on familiarity with AI tools
• Understanding of how modern AI tools are used in the workplace
