What you will do

  • Own the CRM and email platform architecture: segmentation, data model, platform limits and usage standards
  • Set governance for consent, preferences, dedup, frequency caps, sender domains and approval paths across brands
  • Track deliverability and messaging health metrics, dig into anomalies and protect sender reputation
  • Partner with engineering on customer data, events and integrations, and confirm flows are validated
  • Audit the current platform and vendors, help evaluate options and lead any migration or consolidation
  • Act as product partner to brand, growth, engineering, sales and legal, flagging risk early
