Technical Support Consultant

About the role

You will serve as the technical lead for enterprise clients, guiding onboarding, data discovery and troubleshooting of connectivity and access problems. The role combines deep diagnosis with clear communication to client IT teams and internal engineers.

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding for clients, including data scanning and environment discovery troubleshooting
• Diagnose and fix complex connectivity problems so metadata can be collected securely from client systems
• Investigate discovery errors such as unreadable security identifiers and advise client IT on directory corrections
• Review service logs and error patterns to separate software bugs from misconfigurations and access limits
• Turn technical findings into clear guidance for client administrators and internal engineering teams
• Document and escalate unresolved product issues, and track recurring problems to recommend improvements

What they look for

• Excellent English at C1 level or above, spoken and written
• At least two years in technical support, application support or technical account management for B2B software
• Solid grasp of how data is stored, protected and accessed on cloud and on-premises platforms such as M365, Google Workspace, AWS and Azure
• Understanding of SaaS and IaaS architecture, network topologies and enterprise access controls
• Ability to use centralized logging tools to trace data flows and isolate connectivity or permission failures
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, customer focus and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Hands-on LDAP and Active Directory work with PowerShell and ADUC
• Familiarity with SSH keys, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS routing, SSH tunneling, Linux, Kubernetes and basic SQL
