About the role

Act as first point of contact for users of a PACS system, providing expert troubleshooting and second-level support while working with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve service quality.

What you will do

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and ticketing systems
Triage support queues and assign tickets to the right product or functional teams
Perform PACS system updates, upgrades and maintenance activities
Deliver product and service training to administrators and customers

What they look for

Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare informatics or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years in IT support roles
At least 3 years in healthcare or radiology-focused technical support
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server
Linux system administration and command-line experience
Experience with MSSQL and relational databases, plus networking troubleshooting
