UGC and Influencer Manager

About the role

You will own the creator programme, from finding and briefing creators to keeping a steady supply of usable content for paid and organic channels.

What you will do

• Source and screen creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Handle outreach, rate negotiation and contracts with creators
• Brief creators so their output fits what the ad account needs
• Run the pipeline end to end, including product shipping and chasing late deliverables
• Check content quality and pass it to the creative team
• Track creator results and build lasting ties with reliable performers

What they look for

• At least two years managing creators or influencers for DTC ecommerce brands
• Proven experience running outreach at scale and converting it
• Sound judgement about which creators will yield usable content
• Strong organisation for tracking many creators and deliverables at once
• Clear written communication for outreach and briefings

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate or commission based creator deals
• Understanding of what makes UGC work as a paid ad rather than organic content
