What you will do

  • Plan and run qualitative and quantitative studies across the product lifecycle, from field studies to surveys
  • Recruit clinicians and other end users, moderate sessions, and set research priorities with product management
  • Turn findings into personas, journey maps and recommendations that shape the roadmap, and keep the research repository useful
  • Design interfaces from concept to release, including wireframes, prototypes and specs, and guide developers on UI trade-offs

  • A degree in HCI, UX design, interaction design, human factors, psychology, graphic design, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years in UI/UX design and research, with a portfolio showing web and mobile work and end-to-end studies

  • Experience leading research on your own with mixed methods, and familiarity with tools such as Dovetail, UserZoom or Optimal Workshop
