Vice President of National Partnerships

About the role

A commercial leadership role focused on growing and deepening relationships with national brokerage offices to expand the book of business. The position works with sales, marketing and other teams on strategies that drive revenue.

What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for high-value accounts and keep the firm a trusted partner
• Develop strategies to expand the book of business across national brokerage offices
• Drive retention and growth initiatives for existing national accounts, including cross-selling and upselling
• Track industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity to inform decisions
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer management teams on aligned strategies

• Proven, results-driven experience in partnership or commercial roles
• Track record managing high-value national accounts and brokerage relationships
• Ability to lead strategy for retention, expansion and training of partner teams
• Strong market and industry knowledge in the benefits or healthcare space
• Experience collaborating across sales, marketing and customer teams
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
