What you will do

  • Find the root cause of outages and write up what happened and who was affected
  • Lead outage calls and restore service when applications degrade
  • Plan capacity for end-user environments, including virtual desktops
  • Work with third-party providers so support holds up end to end
  • Take on-call shifts and do maintenance and upgrades outside business hours

  • Solid grasp of cloud tech, security, governance and service operations, with the customer in mind
  • Experience running change management
  • Background in enterprise collaboration or workplace productivity platforms
