Account Executive, DACH Market

About the role

A full-cycle sales role covering the German-speaking market, taking prospects from first contact to paid subscription. The position is fully remote from Spain after an initial onsite period.

What you will do

• Handle the whole sales cycle, from first outreach to closing subscriptions
• Place roughly 80 to 100 outbound calls each working day
• Assess prospects and uncover their business needs
• Run client meetings and demonstrate the product
• Support prospects during their free trial and turn them into paying customers
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets and keep CRM and pipeline records accurate

What they look for

• Fluent or native German and native or bilingual English
• Already living in Spain
• One to six years of commercial or sales experience
• Background in account executive, BDR, SDR, outbound or call centre sales
• Comfort with high daily call volumes and a closing mindset
• Self-driven, resilient and at ease working remotely across time zones
