Account Executive, Legal AI

About the role

A field sales role opening the Belgian market for an AI research tool aimed at law firms and in-house legal teams. You build the local go-to-market from scratch and own the full sales cycle.

What you will do

• Define the Belgian go-to-market: target firms, outreach approach and opening pitch, refining as results come in
• Own the whole pipeline from first contact through discovery, demos, objections and closing, backed by the wider team
• Feed market learnings into a local playbook and share them with sales, marketing and product colleagues
• Keep pipeline data accurate and current in HubSpot so the market picture stays clear

What they look for

• Background in B2B sales, account management or business development within SaaS, technology or professional services
• Track record of designing and executing go-to-market plans for complex SaaS products
• Experience running sales pipelines in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Able to lead discovery calls, present product demos and handle objections while preserving trust
• Genuine interest in where AI helps legal work, with enough understanding of lawyers' workflows to earn early trust
• Based in Belgium with near-native Dutch or French and strong English
