What you will do
- Manage incoming calls, emails and live chat from Dutch account holders
- Guide users through digital wallet features, transaction records and security settings
- Record and update all client interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM
- Work with regional support, risk and technical teams to resolve escalated cases
- Maintain high standards of courtesy, trust and accuracy in every contact
What they look for
- C1 or C2 level Dutch, written and spoken
- English at B2 professional working level
- Current residence in Portugal with valid work rights, a local tax number and social security registration
- A quiet home office with reliable high speed internet
- Strong listening, empathy and multitasking skills
- A well organised approach to problem solving
Nice to have
- Background in customer support, financial services, helpdesk or e-commerce
- Previous experience in fintech
Benefits
- Base salary of EUR 1,100 gross per month
- Attendance bonus of EUR 80 gross per month
- Meal allowance of EUR 7.63 net per day worked on a meal card
- Fixed Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 with weekends off
- Company IT equipment including PC, headset and security tokens
