What you will do
- Gather medical records, bills, police reports, photos and insurance documents to complete case files
- Follow up consistently with hospitals, providers, imaging centers, employers and agencies
- Upload and label case documents accurately in Litify and keep files organized
- Track treatment updates and keep client, provider and insurance details current
- Help prepare demands by spotting documentation gaps and following through to completion
- Process incoming correspondence and faxes, routing them to the right files and people

- Prior experience at a US personal injury law firm, including retrieving medical records and bills
- Ability to handle both records clerk and case manager assistant duties, including demand preparation
- Strong written and spoken English for contact with clients, providers and insurers
- Excellent organization and follow-through across many cases and deadlines
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, plus Litify or a similar case management system
- Full-time availability on Pacific hours with reliable internet, equipment and a private workspace
Nice to have
- Hands-on Litify experience for documents and request tracking
- Experience requesting HIPAA authorizations and updating treatment records
- Coordinating with multiple medical providers
