What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and stay their main contact
- Watch usage and account health, and act on accounts that look at risk
- Run check-ins, renewal meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Find upsell chances such as more devices, training or integrations
- Log activity and next steps in HubSpot and pass feedback to the product team
