Account Manager, Business Leadership - Commerce/CPG

About the role

Day-to-day ownership of the account sits with this person: internal projects, client requests, partnership strategy and budgets. Occasional travel to client and partner locations.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day account and develop client business as part of an experiential commerce team
• Guide brand partnership strategy and make sure contractual assets are used and optimized
• Lead development and activation of sponsorships, event marketing, offers and promotions with media support
• Take cross-functional teams from strategic brief through ideation, production and execution
• Oversee program budgets and internal financial processes, present to clients, and lead elements of on-site activations

• Experience in brand marketing, activation and partnership management
• Strong communication and relationship building with clients, partner agencies and sponsorship partners
• Close attention to detail and comfort juggling shifting priorities
• Ability to mentor direct reports and give ongoing performance feedback

Nice to have

• Experience in the food or consumer goods sector

• Responding to client requests and keeping internal projects moving
• Working with partner agencies and vendors on proposals and asset fulfillment
• Building client presentations
• Tracking budgets and reconciling program costs
