What you will do
- Build and maintain strong ties with targeted healthcare prescribers
- Deliver approved educational messages and disease state information to clinicians
- Carry out business planning for the territory
- Increase prescriber awareness of products, clinical data, safety and efficacy
- Provide tools that help clinicians discuss the therapy area with patients
- Reach call activity, adherence and financial targets
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science field
- Two or more years in specialty pharmaceuticals, ideally in the relevant therapy area
- Understanding of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care
- Ability to travel domestically, including overnight trips, spending most time in market
Nice to have
- Experience selling within healthcare institutions
- Eye care or ophthalmology background
