Senior Technical Account Manager, Strategic Alliances

About the role

A senior technical account management role within engineering, keeping strategic merchant integrations healthy and later owning accounts end to end, with room to design custom solutions and lead projects.

What you will do

• Own operational health for strategic alliance integrations, covering alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting and technical inquiries
• Meet service level agreements and surface technical risks before they affect merchants
• Run root-cause investigations across logs, queries and integration data, owning resolution and escalating when needed
• Partner with internal and merchant stakeholders on launches, expansions, promotions and integration improvements
• Design custom integration solutions built on standard integrations, balancing speed, quality, reliability and scalability
• Act as technical lead on internal projects and mentor less experienced colleagues

What they look for

• Professional background of at least several years in a relevant technical or account role
• Experience with technical account management, integrations or merchant-facing engineering support
• Ability to investigate issues deeply using logs, queries and data
• Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, operations and support teams
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with service level commitments
