Head of Growth and Expansion Germany

About the role

Lead the launch and rapid scaling of a consumer health platform in Germany, owning revenue growth and building the local organisation. Report directly to the CEO and shape the market strategy end to end.

What you will do

• Own the German revenue plan and media budget, scaling the live consumer funnel through performance marketing
• Track the German market closely, including competitors, pricing, channels and regulation, and advise leadership
• Decide weekly where to invest or stop based on data, backing category and channel choices with unit economics
• Build and hire a lean, senior German team as volume grows, using shared teams where possible
• Secure German priorities on product, data, care and finance roadmaps with strong business cases
• Ensure campaigns are cleared with legal and medical leads, and use AI to automate repetitive work

What they look for

• Proven commercial leadership in a B2C growth or expansion role
• Strong command of performance marketing channels such as paid social and search
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make weekly decisions from data
• Familiarity with the German consumer market, its regulation and competitive landscape
• Comfort operating without a fixed plan or ready-made team
• Fluent German and strong English communication
