Accountant (Temporary contract)

About the role

An accountant role in a group finance team handling daily accounting, monthly closings and regulatory reporting, with room to join projects and share knowledge with colleagues.

What you will do

• Carry out day to day accounting and monthly close activities, including reconciliations and entries
• Handle operational issues and stay current so that regulatory changes are followed
• Take part in projects such as rollouts and upgrades that support production processes
• Share knowledge with colleagues and partners and help reduce reliance on key staff
• Plan and complete personal tasks on time, within budget and to set quality standards
• Support team and company results through active collaboration

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree or current studies, ideally in finance or economics
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, taxation and accounting principles
• Strong eye for detail while keeping the wider picture in view
• Good people skills and a cooperative working style
• Comfort working alone as well as in a team, and juggling several tasks
• Fluency in spoken and written Estonian and English for pan-Baltic work

Nice to have

• Prior work or internship experience in accounting
