Affiliate Marketing Ambassador

About the role

Run the day-to-day affiliate program for a premium laundry care brand, building creator relationships and turning partnerships into a growth channel.

What you will do

• Find, onboard and support new affiliate partners and creators
• Act as the main contact for affiliate communication and questions
• Keep an organized partner database with contacts and performance notes
• Make sure partners have correct links, discount codes and brand guidelines
• Manage links, tracking and codes in Shopify and affiliate platforms
• Monitor partner compliance with brand and promotion standards

What they look for

• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as ShopMy or Rakuten
• Understanding of the full affiliate cycle, from recruitment to commissions and payouts
• Comfortable using Shopify for orders, discount codes, tracking and reporting
• Detail-oriented and comfortable tracking data for many partners
• Clear and friendly written communication
• Organized and self-starting in a fast-paced setting

Nice to have

• Experience working with creators or influencer partnerships
• Exposure to direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands

Pay

USD 9,600 to 13,200 per year
