Sales Development Representative

About the role

Drive growth for client brands by running outbound prospecting and securing qualified meetings. The role sits with an established outsourced sales acceleration partner and focuses on the top of the sales funnel.

What you will do

• Make roughly 50 outbound calls per day to decision-makers
• Handle the early funnel, from research through booking qualified meetings
• Reach a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities
• Keep pipeline records accurate and up to date in Salesforce
• Work with senior stakeholders to sharpen messaging and outreach
• Join regular coaching to learn the team's sales methods

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written communication with a friendly, professional manner
• High coachability, curiosity, and persistence in handling objections
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
• A record of keeping activity high and meeting KPIs

Nice to have

• Prior work in outsourced sales or lead generation
• Familiarity with B2B tech stacks and outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
