About the role

A programme for ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own fintech ventures, with salary or funding, mentoring from unicorn founders and support in hiring, distribution and fundraising.

What you will do

• Own, build and run your own startup in a field such as fintech
• Follow a customised development programme covering goal, time and energy management
• Get help hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions in funding
• Iterate your product until reaching product-market fit and build a sales force or marketing engine

What they look for

• You are ready to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to over EUR 100M in revenue
• You have excellent English communication skills
