Vacation Support Advisor

About the role

You will help travellers explore vacation options and coordinate their reservations, supporting clients with resorts, cruises, tours and other trips in a fully remote role.

What you will do

• Answer vacation enquiries and help clients identify suitable travel options
• Collect details on destinations, dates, budgets and special requests
• Research flights, accommodation, cruises, packages, tours and excursions
• Compare supplier offerings and prepare personalised recommendations
• Explain booking details, pricing and travel services, and coordinate reservations in supplier systems
• Check booking accuracy, organise confirmation documents and monitor deadlines and payments

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to compare options through online research
• Ability to juggle several tasks and meet deadlines while working independently remotely
• Basic computer, email and internet skills, plus willingness to learn reservation platforms
• Reliable internet access, a compatible device and at least 18 years of age
