Business Development Manager

About the role

Build and grow customer relationships in a regional territory, advising decision makers on cash management solutions. You will develop new business and expand existing accounts across a broad service portfolio.

What you will do

• Find and develop sales opportunities with new prospects and within established accounts
• Engage customers to understand needs and research current and future opportunities
• Create account growth strategies, build pipelines and track deals in Salesforce
• Advise customer decision makers on solutions for their cash management needs
• Present the value proposition using data, case studies and industry knowledge
• Negotiate and close deals across the solution portfolio

What they look for

• Highly motivated with a record of excellence in previous roles
• Business acumen with clear communication, knowledge of strategy and negotiation experience
• One or more years selling complex service solutions in a B2B environment, from prospecting to contract execution
• Comfort with office productivity software and CRM tools, including Salesforce

Nice to have

• Experience managing B2B customer relationships is preferred

Pay

USD 85,000 to 95,000 per year
