Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

A senior consultant who supports the sales process across technology solutions and services, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and owning their journey from start to finish. The role also involves mentoring less experienced consultants.

What you will do

• Uncover client needs and shape customized solutions that meet their goals
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications, and negotiate sales and service terms
• Prepare sales contracts, submit orders and verify materials lists and delivery schedules
• Demonstrate and explain technical products to clients by phone and in person
• Forecast new business and identify prospects through leads, directories and trade events
• Mentor associate consultants and help develop their training plans
