What you will do
- Coach and develop a team of customer success managers with clear expectations and accountability
- Own retention and net revenue retention targets for the scaled portfolio, including renewals and forecasting
- Oversee customer health, risk, and growth opportunities, acting as escalation point for targeted outreach
- Build and run one-to-many programs such as office hours, town halls, and targeted email campaigns
- Track reach, participation, adoption, satisfaction, and retention, then refine programs from the results
- Use Salesforce and customer success tools to keep data reliable and report on portfolio performance
