Junior Merchandiser

About the role

A junior merchandising role supporting stock planning and sales performance for a growing direct-to-consumer fitness apparel brand. The position works closely with a senior merchandiser and the head of merchandising.

What you will do

• Own and manage the WSSI, reviewing performance and drawing insights for trading decisions
• Help plan budgets by category and channel, including option counts and buy depth
• Monitor stock to keep launches on time and core lines available
• Look after intake and focus on sales performance
• Build cross-functional relationships across buying, product development, marketing and logistics

What they look for

• Ideally already working at junior merchandiser level in a fast-paced retail business
• Experience with direct-to-consumer private label is required
• Able to multitask and build relationships across business areas
