Solutions Consultant Director

About the role

A senior individual contributor who shapes complex solution narratives and demonstrations for employer sales pursuits. The role also helps define how the solutions consulting function operates across the organisation.

What you will do

• Partner closely with one or two enterprise sales executives across the employer pipeline
• Design tailored solution architectures, integration approaches and value narratives
• Lead executive-level demonstrations and narratives for employer pursuits
• Direct technical and clinical responses for RFPs and client evaluations
• Define and improve standards for discovery, solution design and presales documentation

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, technical sales or similar client-facing solution design
• Experience in healthcare, managed care or health technology
• Proven leadership of complex presales engagements
