About the role

You will guide travellers through their vacation arrangements, from first enquiry to final preparations, matching their wishes to suitable trips and services.

What you will do

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through responsive, professional communication
• Collect details on destinations, travel styles, dates, budgets and personal preferences
• Match client interests to suitable vacation products and destination options
• Use approved online tools to find accommodation, cruises, packages, activities and transport
• Put together tailored getaway suggestions that reflect each client's requests
• Process reservations in authorised supplier systems and check traveller details for accuracy
