About the role

Guide travelers through vacation options and coordinate their arrangements, from resorts to cruises. The role combines destination advice with booking support in a fully remote setting.

What you will do

• Talk with clients about travel interests, budgets and timing
• Identify suitable destinations and vacation experiences
• Investigate resorts, cruises, accommodations, flights and activities
• Compare packages and explain pricing, amenities and reservation policies
• Secure selected services through approved booking platforms and verify details
• Keep records, monitor payment deadlines and follow up on trip preparations
