- Reach and surpass overall sales targets and goals for key growth products in the territory
- Launch new products and services and balance a broad portfolio to capture sales opportunities
- Apply solution selling and build technical and veterinary practice knowledge
- Cultivate relationships with targeted hospitals and staff to keep and expand account access
- Create and carry out an annual territory business plan using industry insight and SWOT analysis
- Track account growth in the customer relationship system and hold quarterly business reviews with the sales manager
