AI Content Engineer

About the role

Own all content end to end and build the automated system that produces it. The role joins the growth team and reports to a co-founder.

What you will do

• Run the website plus technical articles, webinars and product videos
• Create a machine-backed pipeline that converts internal know-how into published material
• Develop your own content and following as a test of the system
• Judge drafts for quality, throw out accurate but lifeless ones and repair the pipeline
• Ensure the engine writes in distinct human voices rather than a generic model tone

What they look for

• Ability to write well and to recognise poor writing
• Serious prompt engineering experience with multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs and evals
• Three or more years in technical content, growth, marketing or GTM engineering, DevRel, ops or as a founder
• Coding autonomy in Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks and databases
