AI Product Manager

About the role

Lead the strategy and lifecycle of AI products that improve outcomes for patients, clinicians and provider organizations, working remotely with cross-functional partners.

What you will do

• Guide products from discovery and early prototypes through launch, scaling and refinement
• Turn clinical, operational and business needs into prioritized product initiatives
• Work with engineering, data science and machine learning teams to deliver AI solutions
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics

What they look for

• Candidates must live in Ohio, Nevada or Florida
• Experience leading AI or data-driven product strategy and roadmaps
• Ability to weigh model performance, user experience, feasibility, compliance and business goals
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices such as transparency, fairness and risk management
• Skill at prioritizing features by customer value, impact and technical complexity
