Client Success Manager

About the role

Acts as operational owner of assigned client relationships, coordinating communication, account operations and cross-team delivery while a lead consultant handles strategy and clinical advice.

What you will do

• Align with the lead consultant before sharing recommendations, commitments or scope changes
• Set a client communication and meeting cadence with agendas, notes and follow-ups
• Give proactive status updates on deliverables, risks, dependencies and completion
• Keep account and project records current, covering contacts, milestones, risks and renewal status
• Track project plans, service agreements and account obligations, escalating risks promptly

What they look for

• Experience managing client accounts and operational delivery
• Strong organisation and communication skills for meetings, notes and follow-ups
• Familiarity with CRM and project tracking tools such as Salesforce and Harvest
• Ability to monitor utilisation, billing accuracy and contract terms
• Awareness of implementations, data processing and support issues to explain client impact
