Remote Resort Experience Coordinator

About the role

You would help clients research and arrange resort holidays that match their tastes and spending plans. The work mixes customer service, destination research and keeping bookings organised.

What you will do

• Talk with clients to learn their destination wishes, travel dates, spending limits and room needs
• Look into resorts, hotels, packages, transport, activities and excursions
• Weigh properties by location, amenities, dining, room types and client wishes
• Put together clear, personalised resort suggestions for each client
• Help clients finish bookings and check confirmation details
• Keep client records accurate and private, and follow up before and after trips

What they look for

• Be at least 18 years old and live in the United States or Mexico
• Have a computer or compatible device plus dependable internet access
• Communicate well in writing and speech
• Show strong organisation and close attention to detail
• Research and compare many options online with ease
• Handle deadlines and follow up reliably while working on your own

Nice to have

• Background in customer service, hospitality, admin, event planning or sales is a plus
