Product Manager

About the role

A hands-on product role owning requirements and a shared roadmap for a software product, working closely with engineering through the full development lifecycle.

What you will do

• Define and maintain product requirements with engineering and key stakeholders, then lead rollout
• Give engineering clear and detailed specifications for features and improvements
• Clear obstacles and lay out options, impacts and outcomes to guide strategic choices
• Keep the product compliant with accessibility rules, privacy law and interoperability needs
• Run planning, refinement and retrospective sessions for the team
• Build a shared vision and roadmap that aligns parallel work tracks

What they look for

• Able to grasp technical concepts, weigh trade offs and assess new ideas with varied partners
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability, using data and metrics to support proposals
• Track record in Agile delivery and product ownership, including JIRA or similar for backlogs and tracking
• Excellent communication and collaboration, turning complex ideas into clear requirements and decisions

Nice to have

• CSPO or a comparable product management credential
• Exposure to micro frontend and shared services work
• Low fidelity prototyping to support early stakeholder brainstorming
• Experience leading complex digital products with many stakeholder groups
