Sales Support Coordinator, Renewable Energy

About the role

Support a solar sales team with customer administration, CRM upkeep, contracts, rebates and reporting. The role keeps sales workflows organised and helps customers enjoy a smooth experience.

What you will do

• Give daily administrative support to sales consultants and keep customer and sales data current
• Make basic follow up calls and send emails about appointments, missing details and next steps
• Prepare and issue contracts accurately and on time
• Process rebate and finance applications from start to finish
• Compile basic sales activity reports, pipeline summaries and meeting materials

What they look for

• At least three years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers by phone and email
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Solid organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Confidence learning new systems and technical information
• Collaborative, customer focused approach

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HubSpot or Genesys
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability
