Social Media and UGC Manager

About the role

Lead organic social media and creator partnerships for a US healthcare client, shaping content strategy and overseeing production from concept to delivery for a US audience.

What you will do

• Plan and run organic social strategies on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and Reddit
• Own content calendars, publishing cadence, community replies and daily channel operations
• Find, brief and manage UGC creators and influencers, including content for paid campaigns
• Write creative briefs, scripts, hooks and concepts that fit brand messaging and audience needs
• Coordinate shoots with physicians, founders and staff, making sure health scripts get medical review
• Track engagement, audience growth and creative results, then adjust strategy from the insights

What they look for

• At least three to five years managing UGC, from sourcing and briefing to coordinating creators and campaigns
• Hands-on organic social media management, including building a brand presence from scratch
• Experience with established brands, ideally direct-to-consumer subscription or membership businesses
• Proven skill in writing creative briefs, scripts, hooks and concepts tied to marketing goals
• Track record running content calendars, publishing schedules, creator deliverables and daily operations
• Solid grasp of social media performance metrics
