What you will do
- Reach sales targets in pumps and process equipment via direct accounts and assigned representatives
- Create and carry out a strategic plan to widen the customer base and market presence
- Recruit, set goals for, coach and track the projects team's performance
- Cultivate lasting ties with cities, water agencies, consulting engineers and contractors
- Get represented pumps and equipment written into project specs and approved product lists
- Follow projects from design through bid and award, coordinating quotes and submittals
