Full-Cycle Sales Representative

About the role

You would be the first dedicated sales hire, owning the whole funnel from first contact to signed deal and handoff, reporting straight to the founder.

What you will do

• Handle the entire cycle: research, outreach, qualification, demos, proposals, closing and handoff to onboarding
• Respond to inbound leads quickly by phone, email and SMS, following the documented sales process
• Run discovery calls on pain points, existing tools, decision steps, timing and budget signals
• Present product demos with help from the customer success team
• Prepare proposals and quotes, pursue signatures and confirm kickoff details for won deals
• Prospect outbound by researching target accounts, building call lists and booking meetings

• Track record closing or heavily supporting B2B software or considered purchases, beyond appointment setting
• Confident spoken English to lead live demos and discovery calls alone
• Self-directed with a high ownership mindset, comfortable as the sole seller reporting to a founder
• Disciplined CRM habits and consistent adherence to a written sales process
• Reliable availability during US business hours and strong outbound calling skills
