Vacation Rental Advisor, Inside Sales

About the role

Persuade homeowners to list their properties through the company network and support them through sign up. Leads arrive inbound, so the focus is consultative selling rather than prospecting.

What you will do

• Work a pipeline of inbound marketing leads and assess fit
• Guide homeowners through a consultative sale from first call to sign up
• Reach daily, weekly and monthly contact targets, roughly 30 to 50 per day
• Address objections and explain services, value and policies clearly
• Track activity in Salesforce and Salesloft and keep the pipeline moving
• Join regular training and share tactics with peers

What they look for

• At least three years of inside sales experience
• Ability to manage a pipeline and convert leads
• Comfortable adapting in a fast changing setting
• Clear professional communication, both written and verbal
• Organized, detail focused and good at setting priorities
• Goal driven and competitive with a strong work ethic
