What you will do
- Coordinate training events and logistics across California, working with the national training team on hosting and local needs
- Help local teams set a training rhythm and grow volunteer capacity for training opportunities
- Represent the organization at complex national training events, handling partners, venues, logistics and instructors
- Help design and standardize the wildfire mitigation capability and share training materials with local teams
- Lead workshops on wildfire mitigation fundamentals and mission planning considerations
