What you will do
- Animate primary and secondary characters and elements to create story-driven, action-packed moments
- Work with animation leads and supervisors to keep shots consistent with the show's style and pacing
- Meet schedules and deadlines, communicating regularly with production and leads
- Complete assigned shots efficiently, either within a team or independently
- Submit shots for review and incorporate notes and feedback
What they look for
- Right to work in Australia for the duration of the contract
- Prior experience in a similar animation role
- Thorough knowledge of Maya
- Familiarity with rigs, typical rigging set-ups and animation pipelines
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and reliability
Nice to have
- Knowledge of modelling, rigging and Mel or Python scripting
- A traditional animation or art background
- Knowledge of human and animal anatomy and life-drawing skills
