Line Producer, Immersive

About the role

Sits at the centre of production for immersive projects beyond traditional screens, planning, scheduling and delivering work with artists, supervisors, creatives and producers. Keeps departments aligned on creative goals and delivery timelines.

What you will do

• Build and manage project schedules and track progress across departments
• Run key meetings, reviews and daily sessions
• Keep production tools and databases current with notes and key information
• Anticipate problems and help resolve issues before they affect delivery
• Coordinate client deliveries and manage post-production wrap-ups
• Oversee project coordinators and work with crewing, pipeline and technical teams

What they look for

• Strong scheduling and forecasting skills using ShotGrid, ideally also Jira or similar tools
• Solid understanding of VFX workflows and terminology
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
• Confident, positive and collaborative approach with the ability to suggest efficiencies

Nice to have

• Experience in realtime production workflows using a game engine
