About the role

Place candidates directly with client sales teams to find prospects, qualify leads and book meetings for sales representatives. Suits people building a career in remote B2B sales and business development.

What you will do

• Call prospective customers and decision-makers on outbound lines
• Reach prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Qualify leads against set criteria and spot real sales opportunities
• Book qualified appointments for account executives and sales managers
• Research prospects and log interactions accurately in the CRM
• Follow structured outreach sequences and hit daily and monthly targets

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written English
• Confidence talking with prospects and decision-makers
• Comfort with a high volume of outbound calls
• Objection handling and active listening skills
• Ability to qualify prospects and spot buying intent
• Self-motivation, organization and a reliable remote setup

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar CRM tools
